Retirement  Sale Update: Our Retirement Sale is in full swing, and some of our favorite pieces are selling quickly. Shop the collection while your favorites are still available.

The shoe you can wear to everything, and stand in all day.

Norma is built around an adjustable instep strap and a rounded toe on a flat, comfortable sole, so your feet stay comfortable from morning until evening. A classic reinvented — simple enough to wear with anything already in your closet, and supportive enough that you notice the difference at the end of a long day.

Why you will love Norma

  • ✔ Adjustable instep strap: Holds the foot firmly without pinching, and without the uncomfortable gaping most flats end up with.
  • ✔ Rounded toe: A timeless shape that gives the toes room to sit naturally rather than being pressed to a point.
  • ✔ Flat, comfortable sole: Light support underfoot that lasts through a full day rather than flattening by noon.
  • ✔ Comfortable from the first wear: No stiff break-in period and no blisters — right from the box.
  • ✔ Goes with everything: Dressed up with a dress, relaxed with jeans — it works either way without a second thought.

Material

Made from a soft upper blend with a cushioned interior and a durable flat sole. The blend is chosen to ease to the shape of your foot over the first few wears while holding its structure, so the strap keeps its line rather than stretching out.

Specifications

  • Style: Flat Mary Jane with adjustable instep strap and rounded toe
  • Sizes: US 5 to US 12 in half sizes
  • Fit: True to size — if you are between sizes, take the larger one
  • Care: Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and air dry away from direct heat
